The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing care to critical patients within the Intensive Care Unit.

Criteria:
Essential:
- Registered Nurse authorised to practise by the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Recent demonstrated experience in an acute care facility.
- Recent experience in Intensive Care Unit Nursing or the desire to undertake necessary education and competency assessment as required.
- Demonstrated communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively work unsupervised and as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
- Able to work proficiently in periods of high demand and activity.
- Demonstrated commitment to own personal and professional development.
- Commitment to the philosophy, mission and values of Little Company of Mary Health Care as it applies to the Hospital and the ability and desire to uphold these principles.

Desirable:
- Intensive Care or Critical Care Certificate or desire to undertake same.
- Demonstrated computer literacy.

Salary & Conditions:
In accordance with the Named NSW (Non-Declared) AHO Nurses Agreement, Registered Nurse, currently $28.60 (1st Year) to $40.17 (8th Year) per hour, depending on years of service plus applicable loading and shift penalties.

The Administrative Assistant to the Director of Clinical Services - Nursing and Assistant Director of Clinical Services Nursing is responsible for providing high level administrative support.

Criteria:
Essential:
- Experience in the provision of efficient and effective administrative support services
- Proficient keyboard (50-60 wpm), Microsoft Office and Internet skills
- Ability to work unsupervised, organise and manage a complex workload and to work proficiently in periods of high demand and activity
- Ability to exercise discretion, sensitivity and confidentiality as appropriate to the level of the position in all hospital matters

The Registered Nurse is responsible for the provision of safe, appropriate, and effective patient-focused nursing care as a member of the oncology unit team. Participation in the Specialty Orientation Nursing Program is designed to introduce nurses to the relevant specialty with mentors and educational opportunities.

- Initiative and desire to continually improve patient care.
