Criteria:
Essential:
- Registered Nurse authorised to practise by the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Recent demonstrated clinical experience.

In accordance with the Named NSW (Non-Declared) AHO Nurses Agreement, Registered Nurse, currently $28.60 (1st Year) to $40.17 (8th Year) per hour, depending on years of service plus applicable loading and shift penalties.

Under the guidance of the Manager, Health Information Services and Information Technology, the Senior Support Officer is responsible for coordination on a daily basis, and processing of associated work, relating to Clinical Forms (paper and electronic systems), Non-Admitted Patient Activity Reporting, and service Intranet which includes the Internal Telephone Directory. This role involves liaison with persons at all levels of the organisation, as well as some external persons, convening and attending meetings as required, monitoring submissions and data integrity, managing reference files, auditing, being responsive and able to manage high workloads in all facets of this varied role, supporting organisation priorities, triaging work requests efficiently, and as fully functioning member of the wider team.

Criteria:
Essential:
- Experience working at a senior level to support health care related functions demonstrating professionalism, discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality in all matters
- Advanced computing skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Outlook proficiency
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills with excellent organisational ability and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage varying workloads and to meet deadlines
- Working knowledge of the iPM system including reports generation
- Experience collating, presenting and auditing health care related statistics
- Knowledge of Australian Standards relating to clinical forms design and medical terminology
- Commitment to the philosophy, mission and values of Little Company of Mary Health Care as it applies to the Hospital and the ability and desire to uphold these principles.

Desirable:
- Dreamweaver experience.
- An interest in learning and willingness to undertake courses as necessary to efficiently complete work

Salary & Conditions:
In accordance with the Named NSW (Non-Declared) AHO Health Employees Agreement, Health Manager, Level 1 range, currently $1232.40 (minimum) to $1657.80 (maximum) per week. Weekly salary will be determined by the Manager and will be subject to skills, experience and qualification(s) of the successful candidate.

Calvary Retirement Communities is currently seeking a driven and innovative internal candidate to fulfil a 6 month secondment as Payroll Manager. This full time position will be based at our Cardiff Office.

Reporting to the Director of Finance & Corporate Services, the Payroll Manager leads and manages the provision of payroll services across the CRC business stream and is responsible for:

Managing Payroll services across LCM Healthcare, Calvary Retirement Communities nationally in accordance with LCM Healthcares philosophy, mission and values..
Proactively seeking new ways to do business and driving a culture of continuous improvement within the payroll function.
Liaising with the CRC finance team to maintain an effective and accurate interface between payroll and the general ledger.
Ensuring that salary packaging services are provided in line with KPIs specified in contract with service provider.
Provide leadership to the CRC Payroll team and provide support and development
Ensuring the accurate processing of Workers Compensation payments including recovering monies from the Workers Compensation Insurer.
Oversee the development of a range of management reports relating to employee entitlements.

Essential Criteria

5 years + experience in the processing of a large complex payroll, interpreting a number of awards/agreements into a computerised payroll system across multiple sites
Capacity to liaise and provide advice to management and employees in relation to payroll and rostering, leave entitlements and award interpretations..
High level computer literacy including MS Word, Excel and Access and computerised Payroll systems.
Well-developed people management skills. Experience in coordinating in a flexible, multi-skilled team environment with advanced interpersonal, communication, relationship building, stakeholder management, change management and customer service skills. .

Desirable:

Experience in the aged care/non for profit sector
Tertiary qualifications in finance/HR
