The Clinical Dietitian is responsible for providing a safe, effective and efficient nutrition care service to patients and their carers as part of the multidisciplinary team. The Clinical Dietitian will act as a nutrition consultant to the Oncology and Haematology wards and other areas as required. Main duties will involve the planning, implementing, evaluating and reporting on nutrition support services. The successful applicant will be required to contribute to the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics Service Plan including the promoting of a safe and positive working environment for staff. The Clinical Dietitian will deliver dietetic services in accordance with the professional and organisational standards established by the Dietitians Association of Australia, the Local Health District and other relevant bodies.

Criteria:
Essential:
- Eligibility for Accredited Practicing Dietitian (APD) status according to criteria set by the Dietetics Association of Australia (DAA).
- Recent clinical experience and up to date knowledge of nutrition management in the areas of oncology and haematology
- Experienced clinician with high level knowledge in applying nutrition support across a range of clinical areas
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and function effectively as a member of a multidisciplinary team while utilising excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability and commitment to develop, lead and contribute to quality improvement activities
- Commitment to own personal and professional development and safe work practice
- Ability to support Level 1-2 dietitian staff and supervise student dietitians on clinical placements
- Commitment to the philosophy, mission and values of Little Company of Mary Health Care as it applies to the Hospital and the ability and desire to uphold these principles

Salary & Conditions:
In accordance with the Named NSW (Non-Declared) AHO Professional and Associated Staff Agreement, Clinical Dietitian, Level 3, $1696.49 (1st Year) to $1753.20 (2nd Year) per week, depending on years of service plus applicable loading and shift penalties.

The Personal Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the Director and Staff Specialists of the Department of Radiation Oncology.

Criteria:
Essential:
- Competence in providing efficient secretarial support services to senior management, including the ability to take minutes and format complex business documents.
- Ability to work unsupervised using self-directed work practices.
- Ability to work flexibly, organise and prioritise a diverse workload, work proficiently in periods of high activity and execute duties with attention to detail.
- Demonstrates communication, reception and interpersonal skills and ability to work cooperatively with other staff.
- Demonstrates computer literacy, including proficient keyboard skills and superior competency in MS-Office, e-mail and the internet.

The Radiation Therapists at level 2 have completed the requirements for progression from Level 1. Radiation Therapists at Level 2 shall have a high level of patient care and understanding towards the patient; involvement in Work Health Safety & Rehabilitation and Quality Assurance matters; and work in an environment where there are multidisciplinary teams. Radiation Therapists operating at this level are required to demonstrate competency within the areas of patient treatment, planning and delivery and active involvement/participation in workplace in-services.

Criteria:
Essential:
- Qualified to practise Radiation Therapy, registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and licensed by the Environment Protection Authority to use ionising radiation apparatus.
- Experience in all aspects of radiation therapy.
- Demonstrated effective communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a member of a multidisciplinary team with a demonstrated commitment to customer service and quality improvement.
- Demonstrated capacity to supervise and train Supervised Practice Program and student Radiation Therapists.

Desirable:
- Recent experience in a Radiation Therapist role.

About the role

The Care Coordinator plays a key role in the facility coordinating and leading the care team in consultation with the Registered Nurse and the Facility Manager. The Care Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that both the individual and holistic needs of the residents in our facilities are provided in a respectful manner and result in positive resident outcomes.

What are we looking for?

Essential Criteria:
- Minimum Cert IV Aged Care
- 2 years experience working in the aged care industry
- Experience in a leadership role with the ability to manage day to day clinical issues

- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated computer literacy
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Knowledge of the Aged Care Act 1997 and ACFI
